Meet Dora.
Dora Rossi, an Italian-born restaurateur, brings her rich culinary heritage to Samoa through Milani Café and Paddles Restaurant. Growing up in New Zealand, she was inspired by her family’s restaurant business, which fostered her passion for food and hospitality. For over 18 years, Dora has called Samoa home, blending her Italian roots with local flavors to create unforgettable dining experiences.

“The absolute best food and atmosphere I’ve had in Samoa so far. She keeps it nice and cool and the vegan bowl I had was great and so was the Ginger smoothie.”
